Last Will and Testament
of Eleanor M. Rivera
I, Eleanor Maria Rivera, a resident of Travis County, Texas, being of sound mind and over the age of eighteen (18) years, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
Article I, Beneficiaries
I give, devise, and bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal, to my spouse, Marcus J. Rivera, if he survives me by thirty (30) days. If my spouse does not survive me, I give, devise, and bequeath my estate to my children, Sofia Rivera and Diego Rivera, in equal shares, per stirpes.
Article II, Executor
I hereby nominate and appoint Marcus J. Rivera as Executor of this my Last Will. In the event he is unable or unwilling to serve, I nominate Carmen Lopez to serve as alternate Executor, in each case without bond.
Article III, Guardianship
In the event my spouse predeceases me and any of my children are minors, I nominate Carmen Lopez to serve as guardian of the person and estate of said minor children.
